IP VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

IP Video Surveillance System is a digitized and networked version of closed-circuit television (CCTV). In an IP Video Surveillance System, an IP camera records footage and the resulting content is distributed over an IP (Internet Protocol) network.

Digitization offers a number of benefits over traditional analog (CCTV) such as: improvement of search capability, greater ease of use, better quality images and no degradation of content over time, ability to record and play simultaneously, and the ability to compress content for improved storage. Likewise, adding networking capability to digital CCTV provides additional benefits including: improved ability for remote viewing and control. Anyone on the network can potentially see video from any camera connected to the network. IP storage makes it possible to store data in any geographic location. It also offers a greater ease of distribution. An image of crime suspect, for example, can be immediately distributed to officials. Nevertheless, the ability to connect to email and other communications systems so that alert can be sent automatically.

CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION SYSTEM (CCTV)

CCTV (Closed-circuit television) is a TV system in which signals are not publicly distributed but are monitored, primarily for surveillance and security purposed. CCTV relies on strategic placement of cameras, and observation of the camera’s input on monitors somewhere. Because the cameras communicate with monitors and or video recorders across private coaxial cable runs or wireless communication links, they gain the designation “closed-circuit” to indicate that access to their content is limited by design only to those able to see it.

CCTV nowadays is commonly used for a variety of purposes such as: maintaining perimeter security in low to medium secure areas and installation.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

Access Control System is a security technique that can be used to regulate who or what can view or use resources in a particular environment. It gives security for accessing the entrances of a secured building or establishment.

An access control point can be a door, turnstile, parking gate, elevator or other physical barrier, where granting access can be electronically controlled. Typically, the access point is a door. An electronic access control door can contain several elements. As it most basic, there is a electromagnetic lock which is being unlocked by an operator with a switch or certain type of readers.

There are two types of access control: Standalone and Computerized.

Standalone access control for doors in the home and business where there is a low risk and the only requirement are entry and exit while a computerized access control system is designed to control more than one door through a panel connected to the readers.

VEHICLE BARRIERS

Vehicle barrier system is designed to facilitate access on the entry and exit in houses or any other establishment. It can either be controlled by a remote control or access control readers. It eliminates unauthorized personnel to enter and use an establishment’s parking facility.

Vehicle barrier’s main purpose is to block a vehicular access through a controlled point. Typically the tip of the boom gate rises in a vertical arc to a near vertical position. Barrier gates are often paired end to end, or offset appropriately to block traffic in both directions. Some barrier gates also have a second arm which hangs below the lower arm when lowered, to increase approach visibility, and which hangs on links so it lies flat with the main boom as the barrier raised.

There are various technologies for an automatic boom barrier. One of them is electro-mechanical, which is widely used due to its reliability

POP UP BOLLARDS AND BLOCKERS

Bollard is a sturdy, vertical post normally used either to control traffic intake size my limiting movements, or to control traffic speed by narrowing the available space.  Bollards which are intended for traffic control purposed may be mounted near enough to each other that they block ordinary cars, for instance but spaced widely enough to permit special-purpose vehicle to pass trough. It can also be used to enclosed car-free zones.

Some bollards called as removable bollards may be hinged at ground level, allowing them to be folded flat to permit vehicles to drive over them. In such cases they are generally fitted with padlocks at the base, to prevent being lowered without proper authorization.

Road blockers are rising road obstacles designed for securing entrance areas with high security requirements or having a threat of vehicle attacks such as military facilities, airports, embassies and government facilities.

SPEEDGATE AND SWING GATE

Speed gates are versatile entrance security solutions that can support staff in ensuring only authorized visitors or personnel are allowed to proceed to any secured areas in a building or establishment while maintaining a high capacity throughput.

Speed gates control the access of people into, out of and around establishment while blending into the design of the establishment to create an entrance area while welcomes the visitor.

Speed gates are normally use access control readers, keypads or other access device for security requirements to ensure integration of a solution that meets clients’ needs.

SMATV (SATELLITE MASTER ANTENNA TV)

SMATV is Satellite Master Antenna Television which is designed for supplying and controlling the number and type of channels to multiple televisions. It provides reception of DBS TV/FM channels for hotels, hospitals, commercial properties with multiple tenants.

PARKING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Parking Guidance System is designed to present drivers with dynamic information on parking within controlled areas. The system combine traffic monitoring, communication, processing and variable message sign technologies to provide the service.

Modern parking lots utilize a variety of technologies to help motorists find unoccupied parking spaces, car location when returning to the vehicle and improve their experience. This includes adaptive lighting sensors and parking space led indicators (red for occupied, green for available and blue is reserved for the disabled: above every parking space) and indoor positioning system.

BIOMETRIC AND TIME ATTENDANCE SYSTEM

Time and attendance system are being used by organizations of all sizes to record when employees start and stop their work. In addition to tracking when employees work, organizations also need to keep tabs on when employees are not working. Vacation time, compensation time, and jury duty must be recorded. Some organizations also keep detailed records of attendance issues such as who calls in sick and who comes in late. A time and attendance system provides many benefits to organizations. It enables an employer to have full control of all employees working hours. Manual process are also eliminated as well as the staff needed to maintain them.

GUARD PATROLLING SYSTEM

Guard patrolling system is a system for logging the rounds of employees in a variety of situations such as security guards patrolling property, technicians monitoring climate—controlled environments, and many others. It helps ensure that employees make his or her appointed rounds at the correct intervals and can offer a record for legal or insurance reasons. Modern systems are based on handheld data loggers and RFID sensors. The system provides a means to records the time when the employee reaches certain points on their tour. Some systems are set so that the interval between stations is timed so if the employee fails to reach each point within a set time.

011

INTRUDER ALARM SYSTEM

Intruder Alarm is a system designed to detect intrusion—unauthorized entry—into a building or area.
Security alarms are used in residential, commercial, industrial and banking institutions for protection against bulglary (theft) or property damage, as well as personal protection against intruders.
